DELIVERY INFORMATION
Instock items will be posted within 1-2 days. We aim to ship custom orders within 14 days of payment. However we reserve the right to extend the waiting time due to unforeseen circumstances or during busy periods. We will notify you by email of the estimated delivery date at the time of ordering should it be expected to exceed the stated times.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
You have 7 working days from the day after the receipt of goods in which to inform us that you wish to cancel your order. You must write to inform us of your wish to cancel either by letter or e-mail before returning the goods. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in a new and unused condition. You are liable for the delivery costs of returning your order. Please inform us whether you would prefer an exchange or refund. You are responsible for the return of the goods, and until they arrive back to us they are considered to be in your possession, thus cannot be refunded. We highly recommend postal insurance to cover the possibility of loss in postal system. This cost is to be born by the customer. Refunds exclude the original delivery charge.
Soiled goods will not be accepted, and will be returned to customer unless a manufacturing fault is present. In this event the fault will be fixed and the carrier will be returned.
All refunds will be credited by the payment method, and to the named purchasor of the original order.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-returnable. Should your items be subject to a manufacturing fault we will fix the fault and return the item to you free of charge. In the event of us not being able to repair the fault a replacement, store credit or refund will be granted. If upon inspection by us a manufacturing fault is not present your goods will be returned to you and no refund will be granted. Please e-mail us prior to returning Custom Orders.
GUARANTEE
Your Evo Baby Carrier is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. It is non transferable from the purchasor. In the event that a fault develops with the carrier in this 12 month period we will fix the fault free of charge. This guarantee excludes general wear and tear including discolouration due to washing detergents or soiling. Goods altered by anyone other than Megan Hughes (designer and manufacturer of the Evo Baby Carrier) render this guarantee null and void. Should we find that unauthorised alterations have been made to your Evo Baby Carrier it will be returned to you. The guarantee is null and void if the Evo Baby Carrier has not been used in accordance with the Instructions and Saftety Informations supplied with your Evo Baby Carrier when purchased (if you require new instructions and safety information contact us for replacements). Any damage rendered to the Evo Baby Carrier accidental or otherwise renders the guarantee void. Proof of purchase is necessary if you wish to use the guarantee. If repair is not possible you will be offered a replacement Evo Baby Carrier (we retain the rights to change our available fabrics at all times, thus you will not be guaranteed an identical replacement). Return shipping from us to you is at no additional cost to you however the cost of shipping the carrier to us is to be born by the customer. Please contact us via e-mail or post informing us of you wish to use your guarantee before shipping your carrier to us. We strongly recommend that you use a postal insurance which will cover the value of the Evo Baby Carrier in the event of loss by the postal service.
